Translations


Q. Explain what a translation is.
A. Translation is when you move an object.
Q. Explain how a vector works. What does it look like? What does the top number indicate? What does the bottom number indicate?
A. A vector is two numbers in a vertical line inside brackets and they are used to move an object. The top number means to move left or right and the bottom number means the direction of movement upwards or downwards.
Q. Give a real life example of when translation is used.
